I need a wiring diagram for a Seymour Duncan antiquity humbucker in the neck and a D’Marzzio single coil in the bridge. 1 500 K volume pot, 1 250 k tone pot, 3 way switch. The antiquity pup has a hot (black) and ground/shield. The D’Marzzio has a white ( hot), black wire and a thinner tan wire, assuming it’s a ground wire. Any thoughts, suggestions and/ or comments much appreciated. Thanks

Here ya go.

The shield on the Duncan gets grounded to the back of the vol pot.

"To String Ground" is a separate wire you run from the bridge plate to ground. This grounds the strings. Even when you have a base plate ground like the tan wire on the Dimarzio, you should still ground the bridge plate.

IMPORTANT: This diagram assumes you have ground continuity through a metal control plate, connecting both pot cases. If you don't have that, add a wire from one pot case to the other.

Another question, this is a thinline style tele, F hole, I made the pickguard out of walnut veneer layers…that said there is no metal plate used to Mount the pots, etc..I-have a wire to connect the pots together. Do I connect the tan ground wire from the D’Marzzio to the ground on one of the pots? Similar to the humbucker shield ground to the volume part.

I'm not familiar with DiMarzio wire colors, but if tan is indeed the ground wire, then yes.

...typically to the vol pot, as the call-out in the diagram above shows.
