Oh, no, wait...just raised it up. Crisis averted...all good now.

    Phew!!

*(Can you all tell I just assembled a new tele/esquire creature?). :)

The follow-up thread could have been titled "Help! My strings are stuck to my pickups!" ~ Lower them man!

More pics to come in build thread. Just need to buff out a few more surface scratches.

    It is copper, yes.

Bill at Reranch was super helpful as always!

Tell me why every time I hear Reranch, La Grange starts playing in my head!

I was about to say "terrible relic job" then I realised it was just a reflection on the upper bout. Looks great!

That is a great color combination, copper & white pickguard; with the rosewood neck.

I'm gonna be boring and repeat what everyone else has said about the great colour.

    Thanks, everyone!

I had wanted to pick up a Copper '52 RI but then found they had gone a bit mad in price and it was unlikely I could put my hands on one in person.

So, I did the Kisekae telecaster virtual build thing and, after deciding on the color combo, went for it!

I'm also super grateful that I had picked all of this up a few months ago getting ready to do a build when it warmed enough this spring (and before humidity gets high).
