you should go into EBAY and get sellers information and call him. You can do that because you are now the BUYER. I suspect he is away for a few days, not everyone is sitting in front of their PC's everyday like us ! Internet buying sometimes requires some patience, a virtue of which I have very little of ! I think all will end well..

Ooh, that's pretty. I'd put a mint pickguard on it.

thats why i do not sell anything on e-bay. too many questions, etc. of course, it helps if teh seller has detailed and numerous pics and very specific descriptions.

BullS**T. you pay them that's what you do!!!

hitting buy it now is like shaking someones hand. it's a deal!!!!! they didn't reply and you didn't want someone else go get it so you hit buy it now.

the second you did that you gave them your word that you are buying it.

Sorry guys. I just can't tollerate someone not keeping there word.

it's no different than telling someone on craigslist.. "I'll take it, I'll be up to pick it p, I will buy it for sure" and then getting there and changin your mind......

Look, buy it now is not the same as a "hold this for me" button......

BUY means that YOU PAY NOW!!! not wait for a answer ect....

you should have asked any questions and been POSITIVE you wanted it before ever clicking the button.

but now that you have the RIGHT THING TO DO is pay them and keep the body.

none of this "but still have options at this point"..... Legally sure. but as a man of your word you have ZERO options. you pay them and you keep the body.

that is the problem with ebay, craigslist, and people in general. they think that they are "allowed" to go back on there WORD.

so you don't pay and they get stuck with the listing and sales fee? and all the time they spend relisting ect...........

    BullS**T!!!!

you made a deal, keep your word.

    That was always my intention.
The seller even had another slightly more expensive un-used/new body also in daphne...this would have been his opportunity to up-sell me.
I was buying daphne blue and this vendor was the only seller.

Still havent heard anything about the bridge issue.
I cant imagine how theyd wanna resolve this without sending the whole thing back...and its not like Id do that at this point. But I have no use for a conversion bridge...I just bartered one away for the Callaham!

    Thanks! :D
Ive currently got 2 other strats with mint pgs and Im bout ready to remove one, so I may give it a try but have been concerned about the possible contrast. I was thinking either a plain or parchment 60s, doubting the mint...I should look for some pics ;)
