Been checking out threads here and thought I should join up.
I've been a Strat player for the last ten years and within the next few weeks will be
    getting a Telecaster.
I'm a lefty and my choices are far fewer, but of the Telecasters I've tried I like the
    new American Standards.
Will post when I actually get guitar.

Welcome Lef T! Check out the Squier Classic Vibe 50 Tele if you can. They offer left handed models and are a great guitar. Excellent quality and great pickups. Lots of threads here on the CV series.

    Thanks for the welcome.
    I'm in St. Catharines.
I tried out a CV Tele at Cosmo music and was very impressed.
They had a 64 AVRI also and I liked the CV better.
I've tried out the MIM Teles too,but the American Standard is the one I want to live with.

Welcome aboard! There's lots of love for G&L on this forum, and you'll find nearly all the US models can be had as lefties for no additional change.

Hi fellow canadian lef T. If tou want to invest in a real good guitar, you could go with the lefty 1952 tele reissue. You won't regret it.

    I've considered a 52,but it's a little out of my budget range.
    I'd love to try one.
    You never know.
I have never seen a lefty 52 in a store where I could try it out.

A guy in Stony Plain has a nice lefty Telecaster for sale at a great price on Kijij
but he doesn't want to ship it to Ontario.
    Too bad.
    I would take it.
