I've been told this is a 2 piece alder body, it's really light but not too light. This is a dream build. Watch this space. I've moved house though I have no tools and no neck. Well actually, I've just divorced, I lost everything. This will be my only guitar...

Oh & just a personal note, someone pointed out to me when a divorce had me saying "I'm loosing everything" I was told "the only thing your loosing is your wife" It changed my way of thinking !

These are the ferrules I used on these Chinese bodies. They will sit on top of the body, not flush.

I don't have any of these ferrules outside of a body that I can look at and measure. I would think the diameter measurement would properly be in inches (or fractions thereof) and not millimeters.
