I've long admired (in general) Norway, and the other Scandinavian countries......if they just weren't quite so cold in the winter.

Norway is a wonderful place to visit, especially during June and July. I have been there at least 10 times visiting DNV in Oslo and facilities in Kongsberg. Like a previous poster, I can attest that the winters get very cold. People are very friendly and helpful to visitors.
