Is it safe to use heavy bottom skinny top set with 10's and 48's, in standard tuning on a telecaster or any other shape without neck warping or something?

JMO, but yes. I conjecture that 09s to 52s might be riskier. FWIW I read somewhere that Cropper used two 11s for E and B.

Also, how skinny is your neck?

Back in the 90s I used 10-52s on every electric I owned. With the right setup, never had an issue.

Perfectly fine, I was on a 10-52s set for years, before I switched back to 9s.

I've been using GHS TNTs (Thick-and-thin) for 26 years. 10-52. I love them, and can't imagine ever changing, unless arthritis begins to become a problem, then I'd go to straight 10's. But I can't even play straight 9s anymore, even on my old Charvel/Jackson shredder. They're like rubber bands.
