    Hi guys,

I got to the point that I am searching for a new pick between 3 and 4mm thick made from hard material. The size must be pretty large, about the size of a standard Fender pick. To get another idea of what I am looking for: a big Stubby of 3mm with a more rounded tip. Anyone got some suggestions?

    Cheers

I think V-Picks and Gravity Picks has something you'd like. They have tons of designs and sizes.

10 GA steel is 3.56 mm. You could have some laser cut out of stainless! I might have a few contacts. Haha

Yes I did. The flow of 4mm is allright when it comes to thickness but the size is small. I found out recently that a bigger size is great to play with.

I think it's about 3mm, and I love this pick! Every since I bought it at a Tommy Emmanuel concert, I can play like a guy who bought his pick at a Tommy Emmanuel concert!

There is even one of 4mm but the overall size of the model is small like the jazz type picks. The big stubby of 3mm is allright but the tip is too sharp to my taste.

Forgot to mention you can buy a Tommy Emmanuel pick online for five bucks. It's worth every nickel of the price of admission.

I keep this in mind thanks for the tip. I think for now I am going to try a V-pick first.

I like the Screamer (Pearly Gates and Ruby) and the Medium Round V Picks.
