Yup! Turning up here, definitely. Friday’s prediction is 94 F, with a heat index of 110 F. Dew points over 70!

I have outdoor gig Saturday night. Forecast calls for 90 at 9 pm with index triple digit.

We have a lot of Northerners moving here. Not many complain about the heat. Sure, it gets hot here, and humid, but it's that way throughout the South. Expect mid 90's in July. We have about a five month summer here. It's sometimes hot through October.

I got in my car to drive home from work Friday and the radio said "the temperature is 93 degrees (F), feels like 112".

    IT FELT LIKE 112.

Just lit a fire in the wood cookstove to take the chill off this evening. First time in July for over a decade. Been raining almost every other day this summer. Nice for a change. Mega huckleberries on our property compared to many past years.:)

Brother in Kalispel. Checked his weather. Thinking of visiting for the rest of the summer!

If you are going to visit, this would be a good summer to do it. Supposed to warm way up next week, but day by day, our typical fire season is becoming shorter.

Summer here can last through december. Then summer starts again in March.

I for one was happy to see some sun for a change. We've had rain everyday for the last week and some of it was monsoon style. I'm betting the people in Louisiana, Texas and Gulf areas will be glad to see some sun too.
