Posting for a Fender Tone Master Deluxe Reverb just came up on Reverb. They are asking $650 + $30 shipping. If you are looking or thinking about getting one this looks like a good deal.

Wow, that's a screamin' deal, as far as I'm concerned. Those things sound great, a very flexible with the power-scaling, and they're super-light. If I didn't already have a Deluxe Reverb, I'd probably snatch that up.

Well, if a new one is 899, you can grab it on a 15% off sale for 765, with free shipping, brand new in box.

This one is $680 to your door, used, no warranty.

$450 to my door would be a screaming deal. I think this is just an average used price. I'd pony up the extra $85 and get one new with warranty.

Sorry but I dont feel 650 is a good price used.

These just came out right.....and for them to go used all of a sudden in numbers...

Id say 400-500 is more fair for a good price.

Especially since one could have one for aproximately 765 and some change after 15% these can be had new from reverb or CME no taxes if your not in that state .....for 765$....

Or Pro Audio shop or whatever....American Music Supply etc etc

If your buying spot on full price chash or credit perhaps a 20%.

But a standard 15% for final price at 765 is what your looking at.

At 650 plus shipping.....pushing you into 680-700.....and taxes if your in state.....

Um your much much better off buying brand new and being patient to save up the extra 50 bucks.

At 650$ its not a good value.

    Bad price.

In a year these will be selling for 300 used.....

If you have one still....be lucky if you get 400$ back for it....

    As good as they are.....

Um why do they cost more than my AC15C1 new.....or only 100$ less than the real thing....

    ?

I mean they are decent at best....

    But not 900 dollars worth.

Good design and decent tones....too much money.

You do realize the amp you linked to is 15–18 years old, not 15–18 months, right?

Maybe the Tone Master amps will go for ridiculously low prices two decades from now, but I guarantee to you they will not be selling with any kind of regularity at a third of MSRP within two years of release.

Two years from now? 2022? TMs selling for around $300 on reverb? Without knowing the other amps that will be given the TM treatment by then and their MSRPs?

"Any kind of regularity" not withstanding & fact i'm a realist and not a gambler, I'd probably take that bet. Move it up to $400 & I'd take it every day & twice on Sunday.
