Has anyone ever had a Polychorus calibrated?

I have an early 2000's Polychous that has been acting weird. It is so sensitive that even going up one or two notches is so extreme and over the top. Especially on the width and feedback. Has also started to produce a whine or squeal at delay settings over half way. Wondering if this can be fixed and if anyone has had a similar experience. The pedal is 20 years old and I would love to have it put back to normal.
    Thanks

Thanks. I will email him and see what he suggests. Hopefully just a simple adjustment and back to normal.

Let me know what he says. My PolyChorus isn't getting any younger and it might be a good idea to get a tune up before its too late.

Howard said he is no longer taking any repairs and is solely doing design/engineering work now.

No. I know a local synth tech with tons of test equipment and experience rebuilding synths. He said he will get a schematic and go through the re-calibration procedure for me. Howard gets recommended so often. He really needs to update his website so people don't waste their time, or his.
