Harvard 5F10 Voltage and Bias Questions

    It will be of interest to hear if increasing the bias point above that 63% of MPD the amp is at now has a weakening effect on the tremolo effect.

    Biasing my 5F11 had a pretty noticeable effect on the tremelo. I recall the higher modern voltages and hotter bias made the tremelo pretty weak and fast. I recall mine was biased around 65 percent of MPD made the tremelo warm and strong, to the extent that the 5F11 tremelo is able to be strong. Bringing voltages down closer to "vintage" specs also added to the tremelo performance, to my ears anyway.
