    Hard to imagine being on Waikiki with Diamond Head in the background these days without 150,000 poorly behaved, sunburned townies in the background. Your dad was there at the right time!

    He says when he was there, there were no buildings over 3 stories. Now , I don't know whether that's accurate or not, but he didn't want to revisit, he wanted to remember it as it was
