For me it’s boots. The latest addition to the herd are these. Tony Lama Arapaimas. My second pair of the big fish boots since my son absconded with my first pair.

    Not really seriously into anything.

I am lucky enough to have inherited two pair of Lucchese boots from an uncle.

I also have a few nice hunting rifles from the 40's and 50's. Some inherited, some bought but Nothing fancy. I don't collect, I use them all.

Used to be golf when I played 60 rounds a year and belonged to a private club and went on golf trips with my buddies up until 2013. Now I play about 5 times a year at my local 9-hole course.

Once a year, I spend the dough on a golf reunion with my college pals. During that golf trip I am thinking the whole time that this money could easily cover a new American Professional Tele and a Princeton Reverb. Oh well, I have enough guitars now anyway.

Thanks for that info. I'll use it the next time my wife complains about me spending under $100 for a cheap pedal or used guitar or amp.

But, on the original question, I don't have much in the way of a hobby beyond guitars, both playing and building. I occasionally do some electronics/computer stuff and some gardening but no where close to what I do with guitars.

Cars, astronomy, watches, music, food. I'm a lucky guy to be able to indulge in all of them.

    Mine is the silver 911.

Argh, the proverbial nails-on-chalkboard for every astronomer out there!;):) You actually had me concerned that I had committed the unforgivable and actually put astrology! When someone who actually believes that cr@p asks me my "sign", I say Ophiuchus - that's the serpent-bearer that happens to be the 13th constellation in the zodiac that astrologers ignore, because then none of the hoodoo math works out.

My 2 big things are guitars and guns. Yeah im a walking male cliche, and i like it

I like old military surplus bolt actions and the traditional cowboy lever and revolver type. Much like older guitars, they're a piece of history

I like guitars more though. The thing about guns is that you have to have time and place to enjoy them or use them for hunting. I can play a guitar in my truck

I still have like one toe in other nerd hobbies, like an unpainted warhammer army, but this isn't a point in my life where its worth it.

Playing video games with my kids. Someday, they'll be able to build stronger teams of pokemon than thier dad. Someday....

I have enough hobbies that I have to actually worry about other people still being into them by the time I have time again. Comics. Cigars.

I love my boots, but only owning one good pair of engineer boots is more like being picky than having a hobby. I'm like that with lotsa stuff; one decent invicta watch. Wanting one good fur felt bowler hat. Own one 3 piece suit. Need more belt buckles.

I'm always impressed by people with few hobbies. I admire their ability to resist other ones for the sake of like 3 main ones.

For me it's bikes and guitars. I don't know whether to think of myself as a guitarist who rides bikes, or a biker who plays guitars.
