I agree with some of this, but a Squier Mini Stratocaster as a Rickenbacker 325 Capri Alternative? To be fair, I've never played nor heard a Squier Mini Stratocaster. But yes, the 3/4 scale of the Rickenbacker 325 Capri figures into the sound equation.
