    These are all nice but as Larry notes, we call these "vamps".

    A 'turn-a-round' is typically the last two (or sometimes one) measures of a chord progression.
    For example, in a Bb Jazz blues the turn-a-round can be ...
    | Bbmaj7 Db13 | Gbmaj7 B13 |
    These are measures 11 and 12 getting us back to the I chord at the top of the form.
