Does anyone have some good guitar related podcasts to recommend? I have found the search engine with podcasts is not the best.

I have listened to the Ernie Ball striking a chord one--It's good. Interviews are a tad too short and Evan does not ask the best questions and there are only a handful of episodes but I'll take it. But I have listened to all of the episodes so I need more or I need a different podcast.

I've also listed to a little GuitarWank. It can be good too. A lot of nonsense time filler talk but at least they do talk guitars a bit. I listened to a bunch of the Scott Henderson stuff.

    What else is out there?

    Thanks!

I've been into Brian Wamplers "Chasing Tone" podcast. Its more geared toward gear but its a good listen.

I’ve been enjoying “Luthier on Luthier” by Michael Bashkin lately. “The Fret Files” and “The Truth About Vintage Amps” are also entertaining.

Most are awful because they either tell me that they are libertarians and that women are stupid or blag on about their kids and house and mowing the lawn. And when they get to guitar they run out of time.

But I like chasing tone and also Blake’s the tone mob is good.

"No Guitar is Safe" has some good interviews. Slightly off the guitar-specific, "Cocaine and Rhinestones" is one of my fave podcasts of any genre. Lots of great country music history.

I find people talking about guitars is a lot like reading a story about a steak. I would rather be doing it myself than hear another speak of it

I can watch gear reviews of a guitar I am thinking to buy by a person whose attitudes are similar to mine

Another fan of “Everyone Loves Guitar” here. He recently did a great interview with Kenny Vaughn.

I think the 60cycle hum guys do one that is pretty decent. I dont like the YouTube as much but I could see it being a good podcast
