I had a computer problem Lost all my bookmarks, I remember the major ones and have replaced them. So hears what I have now, Steward McDonald, LMI, Warmoth, Allparts, Guitarfetish, zZounds, Best Guitar parts also have GC & MF. If you have some good sites guitar related can you post them. I do have another folder with electronic stuff amp related. This is actually forced me to clean up my bookmarks way overdue

I just want to take this opportunity to point out that Guitar Parts Resource has a very tempting site from which to order...but I don't order from them any more unless there is no other choice. On two occasions some time apart from each other, I've had major purchases (nearly $1,000 each time) fraudulently charged to my cards (different accounts too) – both times at North Carolina businesses, and both times very shortly after making purchases from Guitar [and/or Bass] Parts Resource. My suspicion is that they have a credit card number thief in the company who either provides the numbers to someone in NC, or else drives down them him or herself to make the purchases. Both times I was covered by my credit union and/or bank, luckily. Has anyone else had this happen after ordering from them?

What browser do you use? I use Chrome on my Mac, and it automagically syncs bookmarks to my phone. Yours might not be lost, at least until the next sync?

No, I've never had a problem. I've been ordering from them for years. Nothing in the last year though, so if the problem is recent...

They sometimes have things hard to find elsewhere, and I really like their low shipping costs.

Another bookmark thought is Hoffman's amp site. I get cloth wire and other stuff for guitars...

Both times were in the 2010 to 2013 period.

I was ordering from them in the latter part of that, for sure, and even more after that. Again, no issues from my end. Good service, too.

I just had the same problem. What browser were you using? I killed a perfectly good Firefox a couple days ago.

WD Music has excellent made to fit parts and a wide range of pickups.
Also Mighty Mite Necks are great and Fender licensed.
I have used them since the 70s.
Stewmac.com for exact bridges etc. and all electrical parts. GFS bodies for perfect neck pocket fits.
    ( No commercial affiliations). JMHO
    Tonerider pickups also.

Thanks for all the replies, looks like I have a lot of sites to check out.
I’m using an iMac (macOS High Sierra 10.13.6) As for browsers I use Safari, Google and Yahoo. I’m way better with working with a tablesaw than a computer so that sums up my computer knowledge. What happened something called “cuttingsledge” started to download I did a forced shut down to late damage was done. From what I’ve found out it’s some kind of malware not good really bad. My wife figured out how remove it. I do have an external hard drive I believe it’s called Time Machine have to look into that.

If your Time Machine backup is configured and working, you haven't lost a thing. You should take the time to look into recovering from it. I can't help, as even though I'm a Mac user, I use Carbon Copy for backup, not Time Machine.
