This song and arrangement is mind bending.....a true masterpiece in my opinion......
And it shall remain a masterpiece there!
yeah I gave it maybe 15 seconds skipping around to different parts
the super high breathless vocals are kinda annoying
Nothing against the artist, but IMO....not a bad song, also not mind bending or a masterpiece. Chorus especially seemed weak.
Where's her skating helmet, gloves, and knee-pads??
I got to the part where she started singing and turned it off.
This song isn’t my cup of tea, but I really liked “Video Games” when it came out. I haven’t listened to much of her other stuff since then, just because they don’t play it much on my local indie station.
Her video seems like it gets a little too much inspiration from Chet Faker’s “Gold.”
"the super high breathless vocals are kinda annoying"
I agree. Too many female singers nowadays with pretentious affectations. She'd prolly sound great without all that crapola.
And GET RIDE OF THOSE STUPID MASKS! A years worth of that is enough.
Sounds like Kate Bush with laryngitis. Not an "awful" song or video, but much improved by turning off the audio.
That's a nice Sunday Morning track. Lana is lovely.
Do you like Alduos Harding?
Musically MUCH better than the OP's post......but VISUALLY not so much.
Mostly I think Greg K. was right after all...
Lost me at wind turbines
there's a lotta really good stuff coming out now. even if i really don't like del rey.
& that kihn song is . . . well . . .
In a corner of my room....
Sorry guys, next time I'll post a mind bending masterpiece with 3 chords and a bunch Guitar Center blues licks that were the rage 40 years ago.
Anyone who's not impressed, I say, transcribe it. I did. Every note. It is incredibly complex.
I gave it a second chance, and I lasted less time than I did the first go-round
My instincts are generally pretty good, and I've learned to trust my first impressions.
That song pretty much sucks
i'm not sure i would take "i lost on jeopardy" guy's opinions seriously
