This wasn’t as fast and straightforward as I would’ve hoped but the result is nice, I like a lot how it turned out. The look is sharp :)

Played it for an hour and apart from the nut string height, it plays very well.
The sound is a typical tele, but rounder and fuller. The neck pickup is surprisingly nice, good output level, not too muddy not too trebly.

Oh by the way. I forgot to take a photo and now it’s too late, not going to disassemble it back.
The neck pickup is made like a Firebird pickup with two bobbins wound around the fat blade magnets like this. I had to open it because the cover was soldered to the base plate askew, so I disassembled it to put it all back square and proper

So far found one high fret (the 15th), not a big deal.

I love the neck pickup, powerful but clear and chimey. They did a nice Firebird pup knock-off I guess. It has no trouble competing with the dual rail at the bridge.
