Stevie Ray's recording career sure started on a high with these two, Tracks 1 and 2 on his debut album, Texas Flood.

Funny - I was going to say "The Cars" without even checking to see what the first two songs were. Amazing debut album.

"Meet The Beatles" - US album

I Want To Hold Your Hand + I Saw Her Standing There

Unfortunately, Couldn't locate the original recordings on YT.

Did you beg your parents for a guitar, after they were on Ed Sullivan?

Hekawi and ne4tt beat me to it. Dire Straits and The Beatles first albums( the Beatles first U.S. album). I also agree with The Eagles first album. I'd also add, Bad Company: "Can't Get Enough" and "Rock Steady".

Hey guitarists of the world! What about the first Van Halen
    1- Runnin' with the devil
    2- Eruption/You really got me

    Hard to beat...

Jimi's 'Foxey Lady' > 'Manic Depression' or the Burritos 'Christine's Tune' > 'Sin City' are pretty hard to beat for me.

    1.) Good Times, Bad Times

2.) Babe I'm Gonna Leave You

Shows a pretty good range of what they could do.

Elton's Funeral for a friend/Love Lies Bleeding from Goodbye Yellow Brick Road was pretty good. So was Tiny Dance and Levon from Madman Across The Water.

Neither of those was his debut album. He had a handful before those two.

    Argh....more coffee...

I guess the CSN&Y debut with Suite Judy Blue Eyes and Marrakesh Express (followed by Guinnevere) is a good 'un.

First Boston album? Smokin', More Than A Feeling, and more. Lynyrd Skynyrd, Pronounced? Basically every track on it.

I was going to say Van Halen, but someone beat me to it.
    Zep's entire debut album.
    Boston
    Bad Company
There's just so many examples from the "Classic Rock" catagory.
