    Nice.
I had Greek yogurt and trail mix for lunch.
We’re trying to eat all our surplus hurricane provisions left over from Ida.

There used to be a pizza place in Brookfield, Illinois called Smilin' Joe's Pizza. They made a thin crust pizza but they also had an option called the donut pizza. It was a standard thin crust but was shaped like a donut, having a hole in the middle. The idea was that it gave you more crust edge pieces. It also cooked up a little more even. I used to order them all the time but the manager said they were a pain to make because the cheese would slide off through the hole in the middle when they were maneuvering them in the oven.

As long as it's cooked on a mahogany plank instead of maple.

    Looks great!

I am always trying to up my homemade pizza game. We have pans like in your picture. I'm always thinking my crust would come out better sliding it onto a pre-heated stone. Problem is, we put so many topping on ours that it is hard to manage once it is assembled.

Flour to make it slide and a big wooden paddle/peel?

My oven gets really hot, so I live with the compromise. It gets as crispy as I like. A few more years of climate change and I might build brick oven in the garden to get those burnt bits.

Another pizza tonight… use up the ingredients.

I have a peel and a pizza stone, but I usually end up using the metal pans. I probably need to make 2 smaller pizzas rather than one big one. It will be easier to handle. I was looking into those table top pizza ovens. They get super hot. My oven doesn't get much above 450-500F. My pizzas end up baking for 15 min or sometimes longer. A hotter oven and less cook time would probably yield better results.

Thank goodness, I was thinking I wouldn’t have the opportunity today to go on and on about my pizza making activities.
