I have a G&L ASAT (honorary Tele) with a Graph Tech piezo system which is built into the saddles. Unfortunately, a few days ago one of these saddles broke. Basically, the screw hole was a bit stripped so the luthier I use put a slightly larger screw in, and the channel broke a week or two later. Has anyone experienced this before? I'd love to keep the piezo system as it is handy, so I was wondering if there is a way of repairing this. I have seen some suggestions of epoxy and superglue online. The luthier is going to repair it and asked me if I could find out where exactly in the saddle the piezo is located - looks to me like it's somewhere underneath where the string passes over the saddle. Does anyone have any further knowledge about that? I've attached a picture here. Thanks in advance!
