Kinda looks like Bonnie Raitt's smoke-filled lungs. In a good way! lol

I love it. Is that a strat pickup in the neck?

not sure yet,,,sounded interesting. I kinda like oddballs & for original music..always get a sound out of a new guitar to inspire. The neck def sounds good, mid was pretty cool...bridge is def thin, It really is set up well. In the Super it was fun to just play clean & listen to the guitar..sure does sound like a tele.

had a hunch,,just did into 74 Super with RAT, the filter allowed me to dial it inthe tiny smidge it needed,.i favor lower output pups & this was very good combo,,the bridge really came alive. the 74 is set up more punch than the RI, tele responded..

Thanks,Things i do know so far. C neck, pickups both hair under 6k, It sounds very good. It will be featured next on song 6 this year, Will be able to post clips when song is back. Always notate everything in the sessions for future reference I believe it will be going onto 74 Super reverb for the main parts of song. Think what i am noticing so far..in the 2 amps tried. I feel it can be precise..like i can obtain single note clarity even w full chord. Which is pretty dif for me coming down a lil from years of hard rock-metal. Having a blast playing some Fender into Fenders lately.

have 5 hours on her now. re visited the 65 RI Super. have a RAT that been using the filter knob as basically an eq shift from guitar to guitar..works incredible..dont have to re set the amp from strat to SG or whatever. Favor amps tone OD. I have to say maybe this is the type tele i should of tried back when. My hands hurt today but it will wear off. The neck is more substantial that my other guitars. Small hands & iwent & checked my other necks out..all basically close. The tele is bigger neck...it forces my thumb on the middle of it. I can feel this guitar resonating like no other..like the thick neck & slab are in unison. You have to fight it a lil but the reward is something i do not get out of my others, This thing is very simple & pure in a way. Maybe those early ones are so worth it. Nothing fancy just strap up & see what the musician has to offer vs all kinds of fancy mods. Its primal..sorta see what some of you been saying now,, have just had too many new purdy ones..thas seemed plastic maybe..this is raw....keeper
