Did not see this thread as it dropped down into obscurity among guitar lovers.

WOW, what a personality, Talent and Character. thank you for all of your energy and skill
one of my favorite Ozzy Quotes
he and his son were traveling through England and spent a day with Arthur Pendragon who's alter ego was King Arthur, at the end of the Day Ozzy claims "This guy is a Nutter" , to which his son says " This from the Prince of Darkness ?", Ozzy stated "Point well taken!"

thank you for a fun part of my youth , and journey well , be at peace!

Not a huge solo fan of his, but that's the era I got to see (shaved head & Gillis playing guitar then). Sabbath is a different story. You can't beat the timing for saying good bye.
The solar eclipse/Bark At The Moon 2017 performance was brilliant.

Ozzy's impact on music cannot be denied. I'm glad he was able to play the final concert with Black Sabbath, et al. What a send off! While I never cared for solo Ozzy, the first four Black Sabbath records are Gold. Thanks for the music, Ozzy.
