I chose the guitarpcb paramix pcb.

All the parts are on the way(already have switches, leds, 1590bb box).

My twist on it will be an expression pedal jack and switching to control if the expression pedal is controlling dry or effect.

    Oh look, a rabbit hole...

Looks like a good one. The phase reverse is great to have, because a lot of pedals flip the phase. Mixing two OD's in parallel rather than series is where it's at. Show us pic later!

I'm waiting on the pcb. Looks like it will be here Friday, so 8 days which I see as fine for a small niche operation. I'll still be waiting on my second(ahem:rolleyes:) parts order when the pcb gets here.

I laid everything out(using a piece of paper cut to the pcb dimensions). The 1590bb isn't big enough for all the features without really cramming, so I'm ordering a bigger box. Many of the builds I've been reading use a bigger box. I could leave off features, but I want to do the whole thing.

I ordered 2x of everything, so I might try 3 od's in parallel.

Seems like such a versatile project. I will build one in the next year hopefully.

I still plan on using the phase switch and the 2 volume control setup.

But I do want to make a couple of the simpler types too.

I'm going to try to get this done tonight.

In my bits of spare time I drilled holes, bent resistors and figured out what will be going where.

Here's where I was figuring what will be where.

I wasn't thinking on my placement of the send jack and had to drill another hole(just duplicated the return position for symmetrry without looking -derp). Other than that, I'm pretty pleased with how it's working out.

Finally made some more progress. But I'd feel bad posting a pic with it almost done, but with the pots and switch all loosey goosey in their holes and whatnot.

I'm still taking it apart and putting it back together troubleshooting. I left out a jumper and made an embarrassing mistake that I don't want to talk about. I have the correct parts on the way. :confused:o_O

I got it working. I have to finish it up with a led and maybe shorten a couple wires a little more. The switch will kill the input to the effect, but delay will trail. I haven't tried it with my foot yet. Hopefully it turns out to be useable.

The hole I thought was too close to the geared pot isn't, so maybe I will do the second loop the board offers. 6 cables in and out would be hilarious.

I put the led in. Yellow-green seemed like a good choice.

I like the way it works. I set the gear so all the way back has no wet signal and the wet starts to be heard as soon as the pedal is moved forward slightly and it's a smooth increase as the pedal moves forward. All the way forward is plenty of the effect though I'm not sure of what percent. It sounds like 90%+.

    I'm calling it a success.

I might be able to when work calms down. I haven't hardly been able to read here this last month. 16 and 14 hour days have been the norm, 6-7 days a week. I went in one day at 7am and left the next day at 1pm.
