Hope this is the right place to post this.....

My wife just texted me to let me know she's booked for us to Sonny Landreth in London, next April. I've only recently discovered him / his music but I really want to see him play live.

How about others? Any gigs booked that you're just itching to see?

I'm doing a corporate event opening up for Lindsay Buckingham in January and I am really looking forward to that.

"It's the same old story all over again..." but I was thrilled all the way down to my boots to get word that we'll be back for another night of "It's A Guitar Outlaw Christmas Chorale" on Sunday night, Dec 17 @ the Eastlake Zoo.
I get to hang and play w/ musicians who are much better than I am, and they are genuinely nice folks.
Poster art will be provided as soon as it's available.

    Peace - Deeve

Night after tomorrow I'm doing the first solo gig I've done in maybe fifteen years or so; used to do it all the time when I lived in LA & then when we first moved here to Phoenix. Expecting a crowd of the band members & fan club for my "regular" group.....wish me luck!

I have a gig tomorrow afternoon at a big "wedding barn".
It's not a wedding reception, it's a fundraiser for a UT alumnus group.
The Audrey Malone Band (with two guest players) is doing a country/bluegrass gig.
The pedal steel player and fiddler were well chosen, and a joy to play with, the pay is great too!
    Looking forward to it!

Well before reading this thread I had no fun gigs on the horizon, but now I think it might be Sonny Landreth in London. Never heard the guy live despite my father recommending him to me as early as 1991, so it's a little overdue.

Today I'm looking forward to this afternoon's gig at a winery in Burnet, Tx.
    I haven't done a winery gig in a while.
They are like most of my other gigs, just a little more polite.
I sub in this band, The Lost Sounds, a lot.
    It's always fun and profitable..!

I'm hoping to go to the "Stone Free" festival at London's O2 on Sunday:

    - Yes (Rabin, Wakeman and Anderson version)
    - Roger Hodgson (ex-Supertramp)
    - Joanne Shaw Taylor
    - Richie Kotzen

+ Others - but these are the one's I'm planning to see if we can get there.

    Should have chimed in sooner.

Redd Volkaert & Stuie French in February this year

Albert Lee with The Spin Drifters ( Stuie French's band ) in August

Bloody sensational & the band was two guys from the US & one from the UK, not Stuie's band

I just bought a ticket to see the Trucks Tedeschi Band in Zurich early next year - can't wait!

Mark Knopfler is also planned to play in June or July so I am itching to pick up a ticket for that too.
