No wonder most of us have never seen one. Pretty cool find. I'd love to hear it.That is a nice find. I've only seen a couple, but never with all their original speakers. Note that replacement speakers usually do not fit without modification. I'll look forward to your review!

I also love amps with unusual speaker configurations. My main practice amp right now is actually a wwii era bell & howell projector with an eliptical speaker and military issue metal coated tubes. originally the amp would have been used with a microphone to narrate film reels. there's a ton of overdrive available when using it with a guitar, and plenty loud.Rare beast that, I think a lot of these old Gibson amps with lot's of smaller speakers were aimed at accordian players, I know the ones marketed with the Maestro branding were. Some Gibson amps are great, Gretsch had some amps made by Valco with 11"x8" eliptical speakers and they can be very good too.
I'm all for unusual speaker configurations, it's great to move away from a single 12"
