Sorry that I've been MIA again....the motherboard on my Dell Inspiron620 died/basically got fried recently, and I finally said, "To hell with Dell!" and have purchased a CyberPowerPC gaming computer and I should in all likelihood have it tomorrow. Hopefully this one will last me a good while longer than the Dell computer. I sure have missed everyone!!!!!

It'll feel so good to type using a computer keyboard rather than an IPad2!!

You can always connect a keyboard to the iPad, for that matter.

I lost my trusty Acer laptop 2 weeks ago after a power outage caused a bad voltage spike. I purchased a high powered desktop system with monster screen and gaming keyboard. With the exception of the glowing keyboard that "breathes", I don't know why I waited so long? That laptop was 7 years old and although I have repaired it and replaced the drive, I can't really see going back to using it for anything now.

Very cool! You gonna play some games with it? I'm a LOOOOOONG time gamer but nowadays I only play 1 PC game. That would be Overwatch. Outstanding game & a ton of fun!

That was my line of thinking when deciding whether or not to go with another Dell - which, as I mentioned, had given me nothing but issues almost from day one - and I don't think I'll regret my decision.

My desktop croaked on Sunday. Since it looks like a new guitar is going on the back burner for now another outer might be coming soon.

Both of my step-daughters have given up on Dell too. Good move and welcome back. BTW, we were told that you were AWOL, because of some new "friend".

Naw, just kidding. We were given your status about getting a new computer.
