Kind of boxey in the mids, but has some presence and sparkle.

    Open cab/closed cab?

    Distance miced?

Is this closer to a Tweed 5e3 or a Vox AC 15 or 30 sound????

What do your ears say this is?

I won't have a clue anyway but you should at least provide a link to the song.

Which guitar? There is at least two separate electric parts... each having their say throughout the song.
I'm pretty sure it's all Brent Mason.... and Chuck Ainlay was the producer.

IMO: I think it's Brent's Twin.... driven by a light overdrive pedal. The Twin chassis is racked with a few other amps... and he always has a few cabinets to choose from in the studio as well so you never know for certain what was used here and it may have been a little different for each guitar part. The Rhythm was likely tracked live off the floor while the guitar in the left speaker was likely an overdub. There may be other little "bit part guitars" scattered in the song as well.

I don't know anything for certain... I'm speculating based on what I hear, and having a bit of an understanding of Brent's setups over the years.

I doubt anyone has an ear that could answer all those questions. There's about 100K possible variables.
As @codamedia said, probably from relative knowledge, is the best type of starting point.
