George Harrison cover (This Is Love)

As a tribute to George Harrison on the occasion of his posthumous 80th birthday, I tried my hand at a cover of one of my favourite of his solo songs - “This Is Love” from the 1987 album Cloud Nine.

My apologies in advance, I can’t sing well. However, I love the lyrics of this song so I couldn’t leave them out. It has such a warm, sunny vibe…reminds of when things are in bloom in the spring.

Enjoy and excuse any mistakes or other musical shortcomings.

Unfortunately George did absolutely not like the Telecaster the one time he played it for 2 weeks in January 1969 and then never again for the rest of his career
