I'm with the minimalist trip. I'm whittling down to one guitar and one amp. I suppose I'll get an LP in the future. After having more gear, I just felt like it was confusing and distracting. The guitar and amp I've chosen to keep can do anything I want them to do.

I just have what I use.

Two electrics (one #1 and a spare for string breaks in a gig), one amp, one TS808 for crunch and a Marshall Drivemaster for leads....

And two acoustics for the Acoustic band

I am all in favor of keeping it minimal. Craving for gear takes away time for playing.
That said I own a classical guitar and an acoustic.
Electrics are a Gretsch, a mexican Tele and a Epi LP.
One Vox amp, a looper and a drumpedal.

I want to keep it like this and only improve/upgrade what I already own. Like an american tele or a better amp
