Even worse now, Robinhood is automatically selling off the stock from people's accounts.

    Somewhere on Wall Street...

    “Sire! The peasants are revolting!”

“You’re tellin’ me! They stink on ice!”

When they do it, all’s fair in love and war. When it’s done to them, new rules are in order.

You didn’t really think that the rich were going to sit still for being hosed by the peasantry did you?

    The house always wins.

And, it gets even worse. According to some reports, some of the hedge fund firms reloaded their shorts just before Robinhood stopped trading on GameStop.

This could be a real problem for people who make their living not actually doing anything of value.

There should be a major investigation shortly. Buy shares in companies that make whitewash.

Meanwhile... musicians, bands, restaurants, bars, and music venues are all hurting financially...

My total knowledge of the stock market I have learned by watching this movie..

    19ea15cc-1eff-41f3-bed8-1c26bd91c3a1.jpg

and what I read in guitar forums..

I have been shoving 6% of what I make into my 401k plan for the last 30 years and I just let it ride..
The owner puts in 25 cents on the dollar and it seem like it works for me..

The investments are based upon my age and have changed very little over the 30 years..

We are witnessing class warfare on Wall St. It's the Ruling Class vs. the Working Class. This is a double standard laid out for all to see. Where is the SEC? Oh, nevermind.

i got some meager money on a few of the things hyped that i'm totally prepared to lose. in the best case, i would have stood to make a month or two's rent. in the worst - all of them while popping today are still at levels that will screw the HFs trying to short. that's money well spent in my book, it's a fun ride! way more fun than going to atlantic city.

Exactly. Socialism, protectionism and freedom from regulation for the rich; rugged individualism and stifling regulation for everyone else.

how can there be "socialism for the rich" when socialism literally means workers owning the means of production?
