Does nothing for me at all. Having said that, I'm not a GOT fan either.

Speaking of GOT, here is a fun guitar instrumental of the GOT theme by some good guitarists, including Brad Paisley

It gets going at the 2 minute mark

Sadly. they'd only play well for about five years, start having issues in years six and seven and then completely fall apart in the eight year.

I guess you aren't a partner in a Silicon Valley venture capital firm or a Wall Street fund manager.

Yeah, it's only been a couple of months since it was over and now all the hype just seems silly. You can relegate the GOT Teles to pogs. Very............expensive........ pogs.

Or Jim Irsay - but he might be a little cash strapped after buying Gilmour's Black Strat for almost $4M.

Ron Thorn - the CS Masterbuilder for these - said over on The Gear Page that the show runners from GOT came to them and asked for these. So I doubt they make very many of them, like the Jimmy Page CS Teles that are also $25K.

    These crack me up.

You'd have to be a huge fan of the show, then a fan of a Tele / Strat / Jaguar, then a fan of the "house" that is depicted on each instrument, then have a good chunk of disposable cash. This really seems like a really narrow market.

I wonder if they created a handful for the cast / production team, then decided to make a few more to see what sells.

But hey - the marketing people at Fender are not stupid - they would not release these unless they were sure there is a market.
