So I do a search on 'what does s/h stand for'.....and I only found 'shipping and handling' as well as 'self-harm'.

The older I get the more I realize that I am not keeping up with the acronyms.

So, what does your 's/h' mean???? LOL

I was going to comment regardless. I understand these guitars are known to be on the light side, which I am a big fan of. How light is your guitar? Also, what is your opinion of the upper register on this guitar as far as access? It does look like it is easier to get to those higher frets.

Great guitar! This is the first time I've seen the 'Fallout' model on this website. Not only that, it's on the rare side that you see a P90 paired with a humbucker (but I believe the humbucker is switchable to single coil?).

That is very cool ! I'm a G&L fan boy & was looking for HH Les Paul style. Looking at this this thinking just throw a Humbucker in the neck & I'm there. I just wish that white one had a rosewood/ebony fret board. About what do ya think it weighs ?
Thanks

I would assume "Single Coil -- Humbucker" but that's backwards from the way used, for instance, by Fender and most other manufacturers, where you would list the pickups from bridge to neck--hence HSS is the most common "fat strat" with a humbucker at the bridge. SH would be the most common way to add a humbucker to a tele, for instance.

Single/Hum ?? Single coil at neck, Humbucker at bridge.

Nice guitar! I used to have a Tribute Fallout in black with a tort guard. My punk rocker college kid has it now.

I love the Fallout design. Very comfortable to play, good access to higher registers, lots of sounds (there is a push/pull that splits the bridge humbucker). Solid as a rock and looks great. Perfect complement to a Tele. I've been toying for a long time with the idea of ordering a custom shop Fallout with a chunkier neck.

s/h means - SECOND HAND or pre-owned ...

Weight wise - yes it's pretty light - my pal has a G & L s
Strat type (not sure of the model) and it's like a boat anchor in comparison...

Congratulations on the new guitar. I think you'll love it!
I have the same exact model (well, the pick guard is black instead of white).
I really like the G&L Tribute line (I have an ASAT Classic as well) and the mix of a bridge humbucker with a neck P90 really appealed to me. And, as has been previously stated, the humbucker can be split, so you can get a fair number of different tones out of this guitar.
It's also one of my lighter guitars. And the neck is terrific. It plays beautifully.
I've always been surprised that G&L doesn't get more attention and that this model in particular hasn't been a big hit. Because it's one helluva good guitar. Period.
