3 fried catfish fillets, 2 hush puppies, 1 dill pickle spear, baked potato, white beans, onion and Cole slaw.

    Sound good?

I’ll be totally honest, I hadn’t any idea that “no” was even an option.

Im usually good with two whole catfish at the local 'spoon, but there was a time when i always got three - which was twice the food. Because they culled the biggest for a three piece. Sometimes i get the blackened, which is awesome. Almost got the catfish at CB yesterday while traveling but made do with beans and greens.

I would have said that I hate catfish, until I actually tried catfish (with the hush puppies, cole slaw, etc.) on a trip to Little Rock.
    Excellent fish. Excellent meal.

Dear Lord no! Up north we poach our catfish and serve with grilled asparagus topped with a lemony bearnaise and of course a Pinot Grigio.

Fried catfish with puppies, onion, coleslaw, jalapeño slices, and maybe fries is Nectar from the Gods.
Never had baked potato with catfish but I did have sweet potato fries once in Texas

Coleslaw belongs on a pork barbeque sandwich.
So I'll have one of those, too.

Yes to the catfish and hush puppies. No to the sides, especially the slaw.

    Absolutely! One of my favorites!
(But you can’t get great catfish just anywhere.)

Back in the 70"s into the 80"s they had a few in Maryland that had an all you can eat seafood selection.
    Cajun fried catfish....
The thing was to stay away from the hushpuppies..

We would crawl out of that place and sometimes the servers would give us a cheer..

I don’t understand the question. Is it good to breathe oxygen, yes or no?

I feel like that baked potato is out of place. Usually have fries if the fish is fried.
