A while back I posted that my wife had been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. It’s been a very hard go since last May, with a huge scare in November when she was in a critical care unit with septic shock. We got the molecular study results of her most recent biopsy last Friday and she’s clear. This is truly wonderful news.

I must thank all members here who offered prayers, encouragement, and good will. I will be forever grateful for the moral support y’all provided. This is a fine community.

Fantastic. Time for a mini vacation, or at least some frozen yogurt with fresh fruit & nuts.

Thanks for telling us your wonderful news!

We will continue to pray that she remains all clear.

BTW I had non-Hodgkin lymphoma myself in 2016. I was pronounced all clear after 6 months of chemo. I can certainly appreciate your sense of triumph.

Miracle. You are blessed. That is so tough to beat.

I am involved in an org that raises funds for families dealing with AML. Lost a family member to that awful and relentless disease.

You are truly blessed.

Great news!! Hopefully she gets back to 100% soon.
Take care of her and don't forget to take care of yourself too.
