It's really not very hard to do yourself. I learned by watching videos and reading stuff online. I think it's important to have the correct tools and to take your time with it.
...or you can always have a good tech do it for you, if it's a neck that you like, it'll be worth the investment
I'm no rocket surgeon, but the investment in a fret-rocker, fine file and crowner is just something to have in the fix-it bag, along w/ a few grades of polish and proper screwdrivers/allen wrenches.
Peace - Deeve

and - take it off a little at a time - it's hard to put back . . .

Allparts necks are not leveled and crowned before they leave the factory, so if you buy one you'd be back to where you started, and you'll have spent more money than if you had leveled and crowned the MIM neck.
I bought a nice Allparts TRO-V neck from member Koko Tele for a partscaster project a few years back.

The maple had a nice flame to it.

After the level, crown, dressing and a bone nut. It was a little north of $300. He had the neck on a clearance sale so it could have been more.

It's one of my favorite necks on any of my Teles.

Unless it's pulled off a new guitar like Stratosphere does. It probably will need work. Even then there's no guarantee.

If indeed the OP likes the current neck. Spend the $150. Or learn how to do it yourself.
