Released as a post Beatles single from the John Lennon demo, this is a wistful glimpse of the wonderful days gone by. The slide guitar is magnificent. It's nice to revisit this after so many years.

John and George, you live with us forever.

George is easily my favorite slide player, and yeah really nice on this tune ... Paul's added bridge works well also.

Yes. One of my favorites -- genuinely beautiful, IMO. And yes again for George's slide. I'm not much of a slide guitar fan, even in the hands of the bluyes and country masters, but on this as on "Handle With Care," George comes across with a part that is virtually vocal and so, so beautiful. He's a real original.

Great song and a very innovative way of bringing The Beatles back together one last time. +1 for George's slide guitar part. He was a one off.

I may be in the minority but I also enjoyed the other "Threetles" Anthology reunion song, "Real Love" (especially, again, George's lead playing on it).
