High quality fire alarm/life safety install. At least they wished me luck.
bunch `o wires
That MAY not be up to code...
time to get out the diagonals...
Hell, it may not be up to snuff either.
And make sure it's done before lunch. We're running a business here.
The only thing missing is some Dumble/booteek effects pedel goo.
I used to do wiring repairs on cars and trucks. You haven't lived til you have to trace a short on a dump truck. Lots of dirt, lots of add-ons/mods all done with with the same color wire. Then they have the nerve to get mad because it takes a long time and cost more.
What ever you do...............................don't cut the green wire !!!!
Don't try this at home, do it at work!
Boats are no picnic, either.
Where do you stick the 6L6???
I was just thinking that it looks like a fire hazard! Wouldn't that be ironic?
"How'd the building burn down?"
"You mean the alarm didn't go off?"
"No, I mean the fire alarm caught on fire."
Unfortunately I find stuff like this a few times a week. This was done by the "industry leader" in North America.
I gonna put several dozen pics showing crap work like this in a slide show and charge people for a state required continuing Ed class for licensing. Teach them what not to do and show inspectors what they need to be looking for.
Meh, I got teles that look worse!!!!!
My next line would have been.....I quit!
Reminds me of the engine on a BMW my buddy was working on in his shop. They couldn't cram more gizmo under the hood if they had to. He says he normally won't even work on them anymore because nobody understands the labor involved.
