Flashback 2 X4 looper - how to use it?

    I just got my Flashback 2 X4. I've got the toneprints that I want installed. I like the ones by Brent Mason, Albert Lee and Johnny Hiland. I've also got the presets figured out. As a delay pedal, I've got it going okay. If that's all I get, I think it's a well-spent $199 from SW.

    My problem now is the Looper. I've played around with it and I managed to get some fun dubs but the instruction manual dedicates 3 small paragraphs to the operation of the looper. I can't find much on YouTube. Any suggestions on how to learn this thing?
