My answer ( and this comes from repeatedly spending $$ on stuff I did not need, or even want, but had that urge to spend- then getting in $$ trouble)
    is hold onto the $50.

I know it's not a lot, but I've had situations where I really needed that $50 and did not have.

    Heh....I can out-grump you in a heartbeat.
But if you like, I can paypal you 50 cents for your answer.
    But I get it.
Don't get near my lawn though.

I was about to come up with the same idea, because I’ve just bought this wonderful thing with a spare 50 I had:

Honestly, I DON'T even follow my own advice here all the time.
That's what having a little extra $$ can do to me. But I'm trying...

( I've never had a really good/steady income, so when I get some extra $$, I kind of forget reality!)

A supply of rechargeable Ni-MH rechargeable AA/AAA batteries and a charger, like this:

    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JHKSLM8/

You'll save a bucket of $$$ on batteries, and you'll never again have small devices ruined by leaking alkalines.

You'll also contribute less pollution to the environment by reducing waste (old/dead batteries).

Disclaimer: additional answers will NOT accumulate more $.

Stick it on the ponies at 12-1 and hang on for dear life. Three minutes of pure adrenaline.

Slim possibility you'll end up with $650 burning a hole in your pocket...

Maybe you can out-grump some of us, but I guessing not all of us....LOL

Here ya go! At that point you can ask which guitar to buy with your $650....and we’ll tell you to do it again and get a Master Built with your $8450...

I guess I really would have to hang on for my dear life! I have no nerves for gambling, I don't even buy raffle tickets. But thanks!

It was something I started to do in march this year when I had to start working from home (way too much idle time). Ipsos and Mobrog are reasonable survey providers. I take part in several surveys from several providers, in my own time of course. I've read about ppl doing this for a day job, but I can't imagine it's really doable.

We actually got one last year from some new vendor that offered us a free one if we agreed to write a good review

Really good Halloween mask. Or seriously, if it's guilt-free money, buy the Beato book and improve your guitar theory, or ear-training (assuming that might be useful to you).
