I figured after posting a few vague, random questions I should show a finished product. I finished this off this week, just waiting on some control knobs and fine tuning of the setup and intonation (as soon as I find time for that).
AllParts body, AllParts neck, Brandonwound pickups.

No, I had some knobs laying around. I bought one of StewMac's premium telecaster wiring kits, and it turns out the knobs I had were meant for split shaft, and the potentiometers provided in the kit are solid shaft.

The guitar is so beautiful I didn't even notice the lack of knobs ... This has happened to me with women on occasion ...

Sweet... but for the love of God, you're missing the knobs!!! Take a pic with the knobs on!

    Extremely cool guitar!

Looks like the real thing to me! I have a 2001 CIJ version. I paid $450 for it new so I couldn't build another for anywhere close to that now. I initially loved the original pickups that came with the guitar, but the bridge went microphonic on me so I swapped them out for PV 64's and they were a great match. Upgraded the electronics as well. It's definitely a keeper. The CIJ's are not absolutely a vintage copy, but close enough. It looks like you have a maple capped fretboard as well, I didn't see a plug in the headstock. Good move on the authenticity.

Looks great! Might I suggest a 4-way selector? I really like mine.

    Pretty!
Any special problems getting all the parts to work together?
Was the Allparts body quality okay, or a little better than expected?
