    Oscar Moore seemed to do OK with it. And his sounded much better.

    It sounds like what I imagined! Not too great
    Historically it’s cool tho, I got a book when I first started playing 18 years ago and it had a picture of one of these, I always thought it looked neat

    Would have been neat to hear through an amp from the same period at least pre 50

    Kind of annoying there's way too much of the acoustic microphone and probably less than a minute of the electric sound by itself, which sounds really interesting.

    I always heard these sound pretty iffy. They were right. Not a great sound, but an important part of the evolution from acoustic to electric.
