The most interesting thing from Fender is this Jackson, but it's $2700. Daphne Blue MIsha Mansoor Strat with SS frets and Bare Knuckles pickups. I don't think I could deal with the 20" radius though, and I definitely couldn't afford it.

I don’t care what they do as long as Jimi and Yngwie still have signature models.

It's just so damned tacky. It's like wearing a suit to play the local dive bar cause you're 'bluez' tacky.

I figured the black head stocks were coming when i saw that pop up as an option in the MOD Shop last year.

I'd be really into the Vibro Champ if I hadn't just bought a nice, clean '75 Champ last summer.

I thought for sure we were gonna see an American Original CuNiFe Tele Deluxe in this batch.

These are the least appealing batch of Fenders I have seen in a while! The Noventa Tele looks like a cool...partscaster that I could build for $600. I want to like the squier contemporaries but I cannot get past a non-matching painted headstock. Matching to the body color - I'm in!

Not that I'm in the market for a new Fender (for $2300??)

I did my "I'm heading into the studio to record an album and I need some guitars." game.

    Here's what tickled my fancy.

HELL YEAH! How Robbie Robertson does it get?

Yes, yes, I know, a tele shouldn't have a Floyd Rose but this one looks so classy.

I'm with you about these two models. Only thing about them I'm not real crazy about is the color of the Chrissie Hynde model. Never was a fan of colored guitars. I like natural wood tones, sunbursts, and maybe a black guitar.

The Jaguar is the only thing that interests me in all that.

Me as well. It’s a total non-starter for me. In general, Fender continues to underwhelm with their totally bloated product line.
I regularly scan dealers like Wildwood etc to see if there’s something interesting or a special edition and come up empty.
My only option is the Mod Shop which offers limited choices or the Custom Shop.
I don’t know who’s doing their product development, focus groups or marketing research but they get an F.

I wonder what the marketing thing is behind these choices. At those prices in the upper end it opens up anyone looking to consider Suhr, Anderson, and others. The features are getting interesting again, at least.

This may be the first time for Fender with stainless steel frets? But only one model? Is like a $25 up charge at some neck manufacturers. They have to send the necks over to a Charvel line or something, I guess.

It's a neat configuration for sure. I'd go hardtail and buckers if I had to get another Jag. Trying to figure out how to unload my 2020 Vintera. Way over it.

Looks like this old Esquire prototype from 1949.

    I love it.

    Exactly.

Why is this Noventa model called a Tele? Shouldn't it be marketed as an Esquire?
