Have you seen the new models for this year? It seems like painted headstock is the rule... I personally dislike that a lot.

But the Noventa Telecaster looks fantastic! Like an LP Jr... Nice!

No. No painted head stocks, thank you. Very bad. They need to stop that at once.

But I like the Noventa and the Chrissie Hynde.

the moment i was waiting for...and they let me down massively. they have not made a standard, no-BS 69 MIM thinline in 7 years. was hoping at least for a vintera option. and they still can't fix that major "player jazzmaster" bungle that CME had to fix for them. smh.

The Noventa Tele with the one P90 is very GAS inducing...

Nothing really impressive. I thought the Jason Isbell model was nice but the relicing is just tacky.

The amps are just getting more and more expensive... Soon we'll be lucky to get a new Princeton for $2000. I have seen 70s Vibrochamps in great condition for half what they're asking for this. And I'm going to guess that they have the increased negative feedback value like the 68CPR and break up earlier. No thanks.

Though cool addition of the Celestion Nea in the Pro Reverb.

The Mustang Micro headphone amp looks interesting but I can't see buying one since I have a decent travel rig right now and business travel probably won't be happening for me this year.

The Noventa series Strat and Tele also look interesting but not interesting enough for me to spend $1k on one. I wish they had done some Squier models with P90's.

I'm patiently waiting for a 70s Thinline with 2 CuNiFe WRHBs...

I would probably be just as happy with CV Squire.

I'm not sure I like the pre-worn pickguard on the Chrissie Hynde model. Things like that always seem artificially fake to me.

All I wanted was for them to change the colors in the Vintera and American Original series. Some non-pastel options would be nice.

Painted headstocks require a dark fretboard. It's the law.

I like the direction they’re doing for the strats. Enhanced body contours and neck heel, these should be very versatile guitars, eventually I won’t be doing partscasters because the specs are getting good.
No nitro and 2 1/16th” string spacing though.

    It's on the Constitution!

Black painted headstock with a maple fretboard... it looks like when people use gloves with short sleeve tshirts.... I don't see the point really.

I don't think you have looked at used gear prices recently. You are living in a dream world. The cheapest vintage Vibro Champ on reverb is $700 for one in "good" condition and they go up from there–A LOT. The ones from the 70s don't have reverb or the 10" speaker of the new ones either.

I sort of like black headstocks on the right guitar, although I'm not sure about body matching colors.

I've gone to the mod shop many times and made a candy apple body, black guard, maple neck, black headstock Tele. Never pulled the trigger, but still.

The Noventa, Jason Isbell, and Hynde models are nice additions, but the rest are kind of meh to me.
