Hmmm, definitely not a guitar.
Let’s get ready to…….
I'm going with a large footprint effect pedal.
I’ve not read any of the above. I say it’s a bottle of cleaner and a soft cloth. In an unnecessarily large box. What do I win?
A set of strings, in Amazon sized packing…?
Strap buttons (black and red pair)?
Fender Factory Cloth?
A single guitar pick
It looks like the box that my Rumble 40 came in.
I got one too. Didn't everyone?
Clearly that's a box of air from the Fender Custom Factory for those of us that can't afford anything else.
Supposedly they are starting to become hard to find.
Then I suggest putting the box in a closet…unopened. Do not even disturb the staples. That way, no matter what is inside, you might make money on it regardless of what is inside. I once saw a well known dealer grinning like a kid at Christmas with a 48 year old 5F1…NOS in the original box. The box was pristine….except it had been opened!!! I asked him if I could see the amp…he looked at me as if I had asked to see his wife in her negligee…….but then he pulled it out of the box just far enough so that I could see an untouched tweed Champ..and quickly put it back in. If I had not been watching over his booth at the show, I doubt if he would have shown me that much. Lol….
Let’s get ready to Rumble. Yes, I got it out. Don’t really want to resell it but play it through the Jazz Bass I bought. Plucking strings is easy but I don’t know what I am trying to sound like.
First of all, you want to sound like a bass player…so play the Jazz bass through the Rumble bass amplifier…not the other way around, eh? (;^)…..
As to which bass player/s you might want to sound like, listen to them and try to get something like that sound. Take some lessons from a bass player who ‘mows what they are doing. Watch good bass players….take note of their physical techniques. Without proper playing techniques, the sound won’t be there no matter what you think you might want. have fun….learning is…always….
