    This is a hybrid 1x12” combo amp built in the ‘80s or ‘90s. Has anybody played through one?

    I owned a Performer 1000 for a while. It was a decent sounding amplifier. The tube distortion was on the raw side. The cleans were very, very clean, and could get good and loud.

    BTW, I had the 1000 something like 25 years ago, and I often see them still kicking now. Goes to show that decent build solid state can last very long indeed.
