Very reminiscent of James Trussart's guitars...

This is sort of like "Harry Potter" guitars or "Mary Tyler Moore" ..

Ouch. Each, or for the full set?

I guess someone will pay that much, though...

Pretty cool novelty guitars. The kind of thing you could have fun doing yourself with a partscaster if you are into that stuff.
    No Tomatillo pickups?

Hmm. Huge Fender fan, pretty big GOT fan. These guitars, not so much. Just my taste, though, OMMV.

Pretty cool, I wonder if these are only made 1 each at this price?

If they are one offs the price might make sense.

It's a jag, so the scale is shorter for Tyrion ;)

I'm assuming a Tyrell model was in the works, but they couldn't fit enough flowers on any model and still correspond to the queen of thorns' cheapness. Maybe a squire for them?

Sad theres no flayed strat for the Boltons.....

Just wait, they'll make a CS tweed champ like the "flood damaged " one and say it's from the homeland of the Reed house.

Lastly, why no Dornish MIM model in wine red? We all know they'd make better guitars than the other Westrosi people.
There should be a Dathraki Esquire with arrows protruding from it.
As well as a relic from old Valerya that has obsidian knobs and tuning keys and looks like heavily relic'd Damascus steel duolian resonator.

    Ok, I'm done....

You already came up with the million dollar idea with your Damascus steel, great idea for a tele bridge from your first post. If you need a reference tell them to contact me.:)

I can imagine the conversation now:

"Why would that need to be on a guitar?"

    "To slay white walkers."

"Why would you use a guitar for that?"

    "Swords break. Telecasters though...."

Just saw this on YouTube. Much like Jon Snow, I know Nothing about building guitars. I know the basic gist of most of the specs they described, but not enough to know what's what. But I think these are really cool, and yeah of course they're gonna be pricey. I'm sure there are a few wealthy folks out there to indulge in one or all for their collection. And Fender doesn't have to worry if a Lannister buys one...why? Because Say it with me...A Lannister always pays his debts!

I've never really understood these kinds of... what, souvenirs? I mean, I guess swords are cool, but that's because swords are just cool all by themselves. Maybe the same for the right kind of ring, maybe. Other stuff, I don't get it.

And what's with these little doll things everybody seems to buying, that look about as much like the characters as Lego people do? And then they leave 'em in the box?!?

I don't see it as cynical, selling three guitars isn't going to make or break the custom shop. But rather I see it has the Custom shop showing the type of work they can produce when asked to. They sure beat endless takes on a 52 tele.

It's basically an advertisement taking advantage of the popularity of Game of Thrones.
