Allison Robertson of The Donnas. Her first guitar was a MIM Tele. Sure looks cool playing an Explorer too.

Since it’s their day…who are your favorite female guitarists?

Some of mine in no special order:
Molly Tuttle
Susan Tedeschi
Lizzy Hale
St. Vincent (Anne Clark)
Nita Strauss
Nili Brosh - she does an awesome cover of Play With Me (Extreme)
Feist

I don't know a few of the others you and other posters mentioned but will check them out, thank!

Nice to see someone mentioned Tomo-zo! She rips!

Macyn Taylor idolizes Leo Kottke, but here she is covering Michael Hedges at the age of I don't know what but pretty sure she's barely out of high school.

Marissa Anderson plays instrumental pieces - I find her quite meditative.

By contrast here's Alice Go of Dream Wife

and I'm surprised not to have seen Tal Wilkenfeld get a mention yet. She's perhaps best known for bass - despite her diminutive stature (she looks like she can barely hold the instrument but never judge a book by the cover). She is also sh1t hot on guitar.
Here's Tal with Jeff...

Me Myself and I. but seriously there are many. Skill wise probably Orianthi. My favorite though is Reba.

Gabriele Reti , not so much as a guitarist but she builds great acoustic guitars ( Germany). See her on Youtube doing a duet with Brian May. He too watches youtube into the night and "disicovers" people like her and Rick Beato ( something I do when I can't sleep).
Gabriele emailed me and told me her origins , origonally South African, German parents, now residng in germany in an apartment there and builds guitars on a covered pool table! Her skills with a chisel are truly remarkable.

Someone beat me to Kelly Richie but let me add Lari Basillio here

And someone I just found today
Erja Lyttinen

This is the Lari Basillio I meant to post

Lari Basillio is phenomenal. Versatile, emotive and a great sound. So many excellent players on this thread.
